🚆1. Beijing to Qiqihar: Traveling in a rare deluxe sleeper cabin, we enjoy private amenities and plush comfort and arrive at Qiqihar, home to renowned crane sanctuaries and sizzling BBQ delights.
🚆2. Qiqihar to Hailar: a soft sleeper on a public welfare train takes us deeper into China’s north. The tranquil journey passes through sparse villages and golden fields, offering a glimpse into the quieter, pastoral side of Inner Mongolia.
🚆3. Hailar to Genhe: The adventure continues on a slower, less-traveled train to Genhe, known for its pristine forests and extreme cold. Each stop at charming rural stations reveals the region’s isolated beauty, making this ride the epitome of slow travel.
🚆4. Genhe to Mohe (via Mangui): The final stretch combines a train ride and a minivan journey.
