Installing ceiling fans downstairs in the boiler and laundry room, part 1 of many. This time we install a Hampton Bay Landmark ceiling fan from 2005, in antique brass finish with incandescent light bulbs. This was a rather unusual case where the fan was taken care of very well when taken down and shipped. Consequently it arrived in near flawless condition. It's missing a few parts which can easily be replaced. The finish has minimal wear and scratching, and most importantly, the irons didn't get bent at all, leaving the fan in perfect balance.
