She has helped a number of organizations in developing talent development strategies and building digital learning capabilities.

Marby completed her Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of Newcastle in Australia as an Australia Awards Scholar. She's also a former PSTD BOT and Chair for Research and Publication. And now part of Oplan Hope as the Digital Learning Committee Chair.
