1 onion,
3 cloves garlic,
1 inch ginger,
2 tomatoes ,
1/4 tsp tumeric powder,
1 tsp chilli powder,
1/2 tsp garam masala powder,
1.5 tsp coriander powder,
3 eggs,
salt,
1/4 tsp sugar,
1/2 pepper powder,
coriander leaves,
water


measurements used :

1 cup = 240ml
1/2 cup = 120ml
1/4 cup = 60ml
1 teaspoon = 5g
1 tablespoon = 15g
