Rib eye steak, sautéed onions and peppers melted over provolone cheese, all wrapped in an egg roll and fried to crispy perfection. Paired with a delicious egg roll dipping sauce. You can’t go wrong here, this is the ultimate appetizer and sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients:
1 package of egg wrappers
1 egg
1 tbsp water
1 lb shaved steak
1 green bell pepper diced
1 medium onion diced
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Lawrys seasoning
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Slices of provolone cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese


Spicy Mayo Recipe:
1/2 cup Mayo
2 tsp ketchup
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp sweet relish
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Directions:
Heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium high heat in skillet. Add in onions and peppers and let sauté for 2 minutes. Add steak to skillet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Lawrys, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until meat is all the way cooked through but still soft and tender.
Add egg roll wrap to a flat surface and position egg roll with one point towards you. Line the center with one slice of provolone cheese and 1/4 cup of steak mixture then top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Brush egg wash onto the corners of the egg roll wrap. Fold the sides towards the center so they meet in the middle. Fold the bottom corner that’s facing you over the filling, then continue to roll up. Continue until all the egg rolls are wrapped.

Frying Directions:
Heat vegetable oil in a cast iron skillet or frying pan to 350f or medium high heat. Gently add egg rolls and fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown then place on a cooling rack.

Air fryer directions:
Cook on 400f for 8 minutes
