This is the amanita phalloides aka the Death Cap. It's the deadliest mushroom around the world and just half a cap can take your life away. Even worse: it's easy to ignore the symptoms.

Whenever foraging, especially in ranges with the death cap, make certain to be careful and avoid anything that resembles a death cap.

Cap: Pale green, olive, yellowish, or white (4-12cm wide)
Gills: White, crowded, free from the stem
Stem: White, 5-12cm tall with a white "skirt-like" ring
Base: White cup-like bulge (volva) around base
Spore Print: White

A death cap can get you sick for a little bit, let you recover, and then destroy your organs silently. By the time you realize that something is seriously wrong, it's probably too late for you.

So please forage smart and avoid unknown mushrooms or fungi. You never know if it could be your last.
