Foods I Can't Live Without after Bariatric Surgery // 1.5 Years Post-Op | My Gastric Bypass Journey

I had RNY Gastric Bypass on December 1, 2020 at Mexico Bariatric Center in Tijuana Mexico with Dr. Rodriguez Lopez. I wanted to show you the foods I can't live without after surgery, and the ones I tend to rely on the most to get me through the day. What foods do you lean on as staples in your diet?

I am not a nutritionist or a dietitian, so please don't take this information as the way you should be eating or the proper way to do anything by any means. I am just a girl trying to follow her nutritionist's advice as best she can while living her life in a sustainable way that will hopefully lead to long-term success. I'm not perfect and that's okay!
