A R Rahman Controversy: Music Composer Clarifies 'Communal Bias In Bollywood' Comment

Renowned music composer A.R. Rahman addressed the criticism that followed his remarks in one of the recent interviews in a video clip on social media on Sunday. He stated that although the intentions can "sometimes be misunderstood," he didn't want to hurt anyone with his remarks. Rahman, who is well-known for his music in movies like Roja, Bombay, and Dil Se, among others, stated this in a post on his Instagram account. According to the 59-year-old composer, music has always been "the way to connect, celebrate and honour India's culture."
