Use your dropbox address [email protected]

Dropbox address is case sensitive

"accounturl" means the URL before smartmatchapp.com in your URL login link. (Ex: accounturl.smartmatchapp.com)

To view all the BCCed emails in your clients’ matchmaking Activities, go to the client’s profile and click Activities / BCC'd Email.
