It's the first weekend of October, first weekend of Q4 2021.  It's been a great time to think about goals for 2021 in addition to beginning to outline our 2022 goals.  With regard to the show and the content that I share, there’s a few recent milestones that have been reached as well that will also serve as some good content for this episode, such as:

Simple Goals


1.       Adhere to diet / supplement protocol 100% for the 6-8 week time frame


2.       Return to budget-based planning and “get into” Quicken / Dave Ramsey Goals on paper


3.       Schedule 1-hr minimum (a 2 hr block of time) for writing each week – time for ME


Have 2022 goals outlined by Thanksgiving
