This looks like it should feature on Netflix cruise ship series haha. Not really it wasn't bad it's just a ver very long time to be hovering about a boat with extremely limited things to do and with kids to keep entertained. It's not like a cruise ship designed to entertain it's purpose it transport A-B. It's also very expensive at £1200 to go one way but it saves you a lot of time and by the time you've paid for fuel and tolls and ferry to England then ferry from England to France you have to weigh up the pros and cons with kids too. If we lived in England and could just drive down to eurotunnel and then down through france it probably would have saved us £900 but because we're in Ireland its a lot longer and more costly to do it. Anyway everyone is excited when your on your way for holidays so there is a much greater tolerance for stuff like this! It wasn't that bad, watch a couple of movies have a lie in and it passed seemingly quicker than I thought. Shane has gotten it for bike trips before and says he just sleeps all the way but that is easier without kids! So a bit of a boring video to start but just wanted to document little things for us to look back at later.
