Doctors said I couldn't get pregnant (but SURPRISE!)

We are doing this again aren't we? Officially announcing my second pregnancy (although if you watch my channel religiously, you already know).

As a Black woman, I was told by doctors that having children might not be in my future. While I respect modern medicine, it’s crucial to acknowledge that women’s health, especially for women of color, often gets overlooked. We are more than statistics; our voices and experiences matter.

After years of uncertainty, I’m now celebrating my second pregnancy! This incredible journey wasn’t easy. I turned to holistic healing – working with a holistic nutritionist, consulting a naturopath, and eliminating sugar, gluten, alcohol, and dairy from my diet. Through these changes, I addressed the root cause of my hormonal issues and healed my body from the inside out.

To every woman who feels unheard or overlooked, know that there are alternative paths to healing. Trust your body, explore holistic options, and never give up hope.
