This is the first video in a series of videos about Probate Court.

Our probate court is committed to continuously improving its operations and according to the National Center for State Courts; we have a "highly functioning probate court" and are "light years ahead" in many Probate Court procedures and practices.

Significant improvements and strategic initiatives have been implemented in Probate Court during the last year. Some of the improvements include: reducing the time to hear cases in order to avoid lengthy court battles, adding a compliance calendar that monitors deadlines for guardians and conservators, enhancing the Guardianship Review Program by actively going into the community to check on wards, and offering conservator accounting courses online and in the community.

It is our goal to continue this quest for excellence as the best Probate Court in the country.
