Kashmir | Delimitation Commission Draft Giving More Seats To Jammu Unacceptable: Kashmir Parties

Kashmir based parties are aggrieved over first draft recommendations of Delimitation Commission. According to the first draft 6 new seats will go to Jammu, 1 to Kashmir. The NC, PDP and the PC say the draft report is unacceptable. They say the seats have been allocated on the basis of political consideration. Country's top leadership has said that delimitation exercise will be followed by elections in UT and then the restoration of the statehood will take place.
