This week, Mount Mayon in the Philippines erupted anew, although this went unnoticed by most nearby residents. Meanwhile, in Vanuatu, the Ambae shield volcano produced a strong eruption with an eruption plume that drifted for more than 100 miles. And, in Indonesia, the alert level was raised at the Talang volcano due to an increased number of daily earthquakes. Today's video will discuss these stories through the opinion and analysis of a geologist and list the 45 world volcanoes that are actively erupting.
