Honestly, this could be Switzerland, if you didn’t already know we were in Bulgaria!

Bulgaria is known for a few things, probiotic yogurt, its wine (called Rakiya), being one of the oldest countries in Europe AND its diverse and beautiful landscape!

Well to be honest Bulgaria has never been one of the countries at the top my must-visit list but after coming here, I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Not only does it have a breathtaking landscape, but it’s also very affordable especially when comparing it to some other well-known European countries.
