SHOCKING RESULTS! Precision Fuel & Hydration SWEAT TEST | Run4Adventure

Hydration and electrolyte intake can be a tricky thing to master, especially if you're running a long way in hot conditions. I can definitely say I've got it completely wrong several times and had some pretty bad experiences because of it. So, when the guys from Precision Fuel and Hydration contacted me when we were away in Chamonix and asked if I'd like to have a sweat test done, I jumped at the chance. The test was well worth doing and the results were quite shocking but I gained so much knowledge that's going to really help me in the future when it comes to my hydration and electrolytes.
