White This Cantonese/hong kong lo shui chicken wing(卤鸡翅) recipe just needs 6 ingredients, minimal prep & a push of a button. This fall off the bone rice cooker one pot lo sui braised chicken wing (电饭煲鸡翅) is deceptively simple & tasty! Lo sui(滷水) which literally translates to “old water” is actually Chinese master stock. This yummilicious liquid can be used to braised chicken wings, eggs, pig's tongue, beef shin, etc. Most of us have busy schedules so we do not have the time to make our own lo sui at home. However, I personally love to use the Amoy lo sui marinade(淘大鹵水汁) because it has no added preservatives, no added MSG, no added artificial color & made of non-GMO soybeans.

懒人电饭煲鸡翼，非常适合上班族和煮菜新手，不用花长时间腌制，不用开锅炉，不用看火的卤鸡翅，只要一个电饭锅就能做出一个好吃不上火的滷水鸡翼。如果加上一点摆盘修饰，它就变成大菜，和传统的步骤复杂繁多的卤鸡翅/瑞士雞翼一样，没分别，煮菜新手的你也立刻变大厨哦！

Ingredients:
Chicken Wing 15 pcs
Steam Rice 1 rice bowl(optional)
Chopped Scallions 1 stalk(optional)

Marinade Sauces:
Lo Sui Marinade(鹵水汁) 3 tsp
Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
Dark Soy Sauce(Mushroom Flavored) 1 tsp
White Pepper or Black Pepper 1 tsp
Rock Sugar 1 pc (around 0.5oz - 1oz)

材料：
鸡翅 15个
米饭 1碗（可有可无）
葱花 少许（可有可无）

酱料：
卤水汁 3 茶匙
蚝油 2 茶匙
草菇老抽(黑酱油) 1 茶匙
胡椒粉 1 茶匙
冰糖 1 粒（约 0.5oz - 1oz）

Instructions:
1. Pat dry the chicken wings using paper towels.
2. Brush some oil in the rice cooker pot if it is made of stainless steel to prevent sticking. If your rice cooker has a non-stick coating just skip this step.
3. Put the chicken wings into the rice pot, add all marinade sauces(Lo Sui 鹵水汁, Dark Soy Sauce 老抽, Oyster Sauce 蚝油, Rock Sugar 冰糖, & Pepper 胡椒粉) into the rice pot.
4. Stir the chicken wings until all the wings are well coated with sauce.
5. Place the rice pot into the rice cooker, select "Quick Cook" function & press START button.
6. Once cook time is done, gently stir the chicken wings, make sure the thicken sauce is covering each wing.
7. After take out the chicken wings, there is the sauce leftover in the rice pot, dump a bowl of rice & some chopped scallions into it, mix it well, then enjoy the delicious chicken wing & flavorful rice!

料理步骤：
1. 用厨房纸将鸡翅擦干水份。
2. 在不锈钢饭锅周围刷一层油，防止粘锅。(如果是不粘锅饭煲不用刷油)
3. 将鸡翅放入饭锅，加入所有卤汁（卤水汁、老抽、蚝油、冰糖、胡椒粉）在饭锅中。
4. 搅拌鸡翅，直到酱汁均匀地涂在所有鸡翅上。
5. 将饭锅放入电饭煲中，选“快煮”功能，按开始键。
6. 煮好后，轻轻搅拌鸡翅，确保酱汁覆盖每只鸡翅。
7. 鸡翅取出后，饭锅里还有剩余的酱汁，倒入一碗米饭，拌匀，即可享用美味的鸡翅和香喷喷的饭了！
