Oil - तेल - 4 to 5 tbsp
Potatoes (boiled) - आलू - 3 (250 grm)
Cabbage (finely chopped) - पत्तागोभी - 2 cups (200 grams)
Green Coriander (finely chopped) - धनिया - 1 to 2 tbsp
Green chilli (finely chopped) - हरी मिर्च - 2 to 3
Ginger baton (finely chopped) - अदरक - 1 inch
Cumin powder - धनिया - 1/2 tsp
