In its home country of China, baijiu is traditionally consumed by itself in small shot glasses. As much as we love baijiu tradition, we realized that baijiu is also an excellent spirit for cocktails. It has delicate notes of stone fruits and an earthy base that can bring a lot to both classic cocktails and new creations.
