HIGH-RISK | Cataract Surgery for a local Ophthalmology Legend | LAL+

Join me as I have the honor of performing Cataract Surgery for a dear friend and colleague of mine. He could have had anyone remove his Cataract but blessed me with the opportunity! Are you absolutely sure my friend?? Haha I'm just kidding. It's one of the highlights of my career. I wish you nothing but the best!

Within a healthy eye is a clear lens. As we become older, that lens becomes cloudy. The cloudy lens is called a Cataract. In cataract surgery, the cloudy lens is removed and replaced with a clear artificial lens implant.

In today's surgery, I will be implanting the LAL+ (Light Adjustable Lens Plus) for my dear friend. We can only prepare and do our best. Hopefully God blesses our work with a good result!
