Описание к видео EBTKS Episode 3 - An Interview with Rebecca Saunders

In today’s episode of “Composers-in-(Their)-Residence,” Rebecca Saunders sits down for a virtual interview, and violinist Emma Burge performs her piece "Hauch" (link here:    • Hauch - Rebecca Saunders - Performed ...  ) as a part of Alinéa's 2020 summer series, Everything But The Kitchen Sink (EBTKS). Throughout the summer, Alinéa is releasing composer interviews, solo performances, and curated playlists to bring contemporary music content to your homes while we are unable to visit concert halls. New episodes premiere Fridays at 1pm EST. Find more episodes right here on our YouTube channel, and learn more about the series on our website at alineaensemble.org, or on our Facebook and Instagram pages, @alineaensemble. **Editor's Note: Due to a last minute schedule change, the EBTKS interview next week (June 26th) will feature composer Marcos Balter, and the week after (July 3rd) will feature composer Michael Finnissy as advertised in the end of this video.
