500 gms Gobi cut into medium sized florets
200 gms Beeh (Nadru / Lotus Stem)
2 Medium Sized Onions
2 Medium Sized Tomatoes
5 - 7 Garlic Cloves
1/2 inch pc of Ginger
1 Green Chilly
1/2 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
1/2 tsp Haldi
1 tsp Corriander Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Salt as per taste
2 tbsps Oil
