I love a good Ribeye and to me the best part of a ribeye is the ribeye cap. Now imagine an entire Ribeye cap steak all for your self....pure goodness. Now I know why they call this the King Of All Steaks. I cooked these amazing steaks on my El Charro Brazilian style rotisserie with B&B lump charcoal and the flavor was out of this world.
