If you don't know them, that's a cold call you should make and you can make it on the behalf of your realtor. How many loan officers are cold calling on behalf of their realtor? Do you think that's going to build your relationship with your realtors? Absolutely.

Number three, ask your current realtor referral partners, who they respect in their office and ask them for an introduction.
