The Mataranka Thermal Pools is a natural a geothermal hot spring system located in Elsey National Park in the Northern Territory. The water comes from Cambrian Limestone Aquifer and has a consistent temperature of 34 °C year-round. The pool is situated under cover in natural tropics with palm trees and paperbark trees, with beautiful settings.

Before entry to pool you will see the movie set where the Australian movie ""Land of the Never Never" was recorded, the house that was created to record the movie is still there and in good condition we usually go there to have our lunch, there are sitting benches etc and the whole experience take you back in time to different world how the life was in outback Australia.
