Today I will be giving a ''SUPER CRACKLING'' Filipino food to my Dutch uncles and aunties. They will try a Lechon Belly which is a crispy Filipino style dinner!

You will now see my uncles and aunties Filipino food reaction on this lechon baboy cooked in the oven. Lechon belly remains a special treat for Filipino get togethers.

Sawsawan (dipping sauce):
JUST LECHON SAUCE FROM THE PHILIPPINES ;)

Baboy (pork belly):
--Stuffing--
Black pepper
Sea salt
Tanglat (lemon grass)
Spring onions
Sibuyas (Red onions)
Bawang (garlic)

--Process--
1. Roll the pork belly and bind
2. Steam in oven at 180C for 2hrs (using tin foil as cover and add water below the pork) (add garlic, onions and star anise to the water for extra flavor!)
3. Remove foil and add soy sauce on the skin (tip from PINOY PLANET subscribers) (bonus tip! pinch the skin with a kitchen knife for extra crispiness)
4. Bake super crispy in oven at 250C for 1,5hrs

VERY IMPORTANT!! SERVE WITH WARM RICE ;)
This time I made sinangag with just oil, garlic, cooked rice and salt

Salad dressing
white vinegar
sugar
salt
garlic powder
mayonaisse
pepper
