Suppresses Appetite

This product has been GREAT. I am 49 years old and for the past 2 years I have been stress eating, gained 25 pounds, and have not been able to stick to any diet for more than 2 days. I have tried every supplement, Body Burn, you name it to try to spark my metabolism. Nothing worked. When I took this for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised with the taste, but more surprised that I was not only not hungry, but my stress eating STOPPED. When I eat after taking this, I am full faster. In 4 weeks I have lost 12 lbs. I have not had the urge to eat sugar once, and I am a sugar addict. I use this in conjunction with AtraFen pm. I exercise moderately 2-3x/week, just with resistance training and walking. I have had more energy and been in a better mood as well.(Not unlikely that less sugar intake has influenced that!) I figured out that 25 drops is about 2 1/2 droppers full. It is a lot to keep under your tongue, but it tastes good. I just hold it as best as I can for about 20-30 seconds and then swallow it. Some days I forget to take it twice. I noticed that I drop the weight faster when I do remember to take it as directed. I have had some digestive responses at times after eating when taking this, but no pain and no big deal, really, given the pluses. Highly recommend! Get this!
I will write an update in another 4 weeks, after which I hope to have achieved my goal which is another 10 pounds.

It's been five days since first using this product and my review is based more on how I FEEL while taking this product. I have spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, on appetite suppressants, weight loss and "natural" supplements to help with sugar cravings. First, the majority of products make me feel like I'm having an adrenaline rush within 30 minutes with burning sensations and they would trigger rapid heartbeat. Pretty scary!!! That has not happened with Atrafen Thermodrops which tells me it's more "body friendly", at least to my body. Other products would cause a jittery sensation, also scary. That has NOT happened with these drops. I feel totally OK using these drops. SECOND - and on the weight loss aspect and cravings. For me, sugar cravings have been a problem but equally a problem and possibly more so for me are breads and that's been an issue since childhood. I IMMEDIATELY noticed on the first day the sugar craving was non-existent and the bread craving were far less. Wow! By day three, I'd think about bread but did not act upon the thought. It was as if something immediately distracted me from the thought. The other "strange" thing I've noticed is I now almost crave drinking more water. I'm not thirsty, per se, but I just tend to go for a glass of water and that's a plus that isn't mentioned with this product, or perhaps it's just me but drinking more water is not a bad thing.
So in a nutshell, as of this day I'm very pleased with this product and yes, I'll continue to buy it and the price is very reasonable, too.
OHHHH - You want to know about weight loss? Three pounds in the first five days which is awesome but again for me, first and foremost it's how I physically feel on a product and I feel GOOD on this one. Weight loss also makes me feel good. :-)
