We’re pleased to let you know that we’re putting the finishing touches on a couple of exciting new workflows: ‘Active Issues’, to help you manage failed checks across your estate, and ‘Unmonitored Devices’, to make it easier to detect and onboard new devices across your networks. Together the two new views mark a significant step forward in terms of day-to-day technician efficiency and workflow management in RMM, along with generally evolving the UI design in RMM.

· Active Issues:
For the first time, view failing and cleared checks across clients and their devices in a new, consolidated ‘Active Issues’ view. Filter the view by check status, device type and check type for a more efficient, streamlined workflow.

Run and clear checks, either one at a time or in bulk. Update the ‘clear’ settings of cleared checks, and keep an eye on checks that are currently in the ‘soft failure’ state, based on your account’s alerts policy.

· Unmonitored Devices:
The second new workflow to be released in the next couple of weeks is designed to help you monitor new devices that are connecting to the networks you manage. As with Active Issues, the new ‘Unmonitored Devices’ view is in addition to existing functionality, and will also be available from the left side navigation bar.

The new workflow provides much greater visibility into unmonitored devices, by showing all new devices over the last 30 days across all your monitored networks. It includes desktops, laptops, servers, as well as network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, printers, etc. The new view greatly enhances the visibility of new devices, so you’re able to spot and onboard new devices more quickly and efficiently. The increased visibility of what’s connecting to your customer networks may also help in terms of network security.

· New ‘Clone’ option for ‘Monitoring Templates’
· New client search in ‘Settings’ dialogs

· Windows Agent v10.9.12 GA
Windows Agent 10.9.12 includes the updates since the current production Agent v10.9.9
