Every major infrastructure investment—civilian or defense—faces the same question: Are we getting the greatest return on investment for infrastructure projects and agency policy decisions?

Benefit–Cost Analysis (BCA) and Quantitative Spatial Models (QSMs) offer a data-driven way to answer that question. These tools measure how transportation networks, logistics corridors, agency policy, and other infrastructure investments shape economic resilience, accessibility, and mission readiness.

At Insight Transportation Consulting Inc. (Insight), we’ve designed and validated these models across the U.S., integrating real-world factors like travel times, congestion, tolling, and multimodal access.
