Gastritis is an inflammation, irritation, or erosion of the stomach lining. Gastritis can occur suddenly (acute) or slowly (chronic); it causes irritation of the stomach lining (the mucosa), causing belly pain, indigestion (dyspepsia), bloating, and nausea. You can reduce stomach acid and ease gastritis symptoms by changing your diet and taking medications. In this video, Dr. Fahad Aman has discussed the gastritis inflammation of stomach in detail.
