This new Suzuki V-Strom 800DE is an all-new motorcycle from Suzuki that truly amazes in some areas. Others are questionable but the price of the bike makes it an especially interesting proposition. The top feature that's there also in BMW's top-selling BMW R1250GS is something that we should take into account when choosing a mid-size adventure motorcycle. Really, really cool!

The main competitors are: Triumph Tiger 900, Ducati Multistrada V2, BMW F850GS, KTM 890 Adventure, Honda Transalp 750. Perhaps Yamaha Tenere 700, Husqvarna Norden 901, Aprilia Tuareg and Ducati DesertX due to their long travel suspensions.
