Rather than do the whole video over I will upload the each chapter as I complete finding them all.
In this chapter there were supposed to be 28 and I found 27 resin.
They can be gotten by doing things in the game. Things one would never think to do to get resin.
Oh - also the Video tape - it's an Easter Egg and you wind up watching it in the teleporter control room.
