Touring The Historic Gold Bug Mine of Placerville, California.

A self-guided tour by audio tape of this late 19th Century gold mine in historic Placerville, California, also known as Hangtown is available and open to public during times of operation. Come see the mine formerly known as the Hattie mine after William Craddock's daughter Hattie Craddock. It also contains a museum and gift shop.
