There’s a lot of things that you don’t know about me, although I shared a lot about my past with you I have barely scratched the surface. I carry around a lot of baggage that weighs me down and I feel like I’m walking through mud. Last night I had a bad panic attack, and for some reason I picked up my phone and started recording the process of me talking myself through it as I do most nights. This is very common for me and I’ve dealt with it my whole life.
I’ve struggled with whether or not I wanted to post this, but at the end of the day I think it’s important to be real. Often times we look at the people that influence and inspire us and we compare our lives to theirs, and when their life seems perfect it can cause us to feel like we aren’t as good as them. To portray my life as anything more than what it actually is, I feel would be a disservice to the people that put their faith in me. Moreover if someone like me can accomplish all the things that I have it’s proof that you can too, because if I can do this literally anyone can. 💙🤙
