The Kundalini Meditation series is a group of Kundalini practices that combine breathwork (pranayama) with movement and/or mudra and/or visualization and/or mantra. They are called meditations while they are done seated and refine the inner energies of the body and mind on many levels. Most of these practices are on the short side, but can be very powerful to move energy when done everyday. If you are new to Kundalini and are not a fan of seated meditations from other traditions, you might want to try these from Kundalini tradition as they are more active and can perhaps guide your thoughts more effortlessly than a purely silent meditation practice.
