MALAYSIA TO THAILAND BY BOAT?! 🇲🇾⛴️🇹🇭 Tak Bai Boat Pengkalan Kubor🇲🇾→Tak Bai🇹🇭

The Tak Bai Boat is one of two official river crossings at the Pengkalan Kubor Immigration, Customs, Quarantine and Security (ICQS) Complex in Malaysia to travel to Tak Bai Border Checkpoint in Thailand. The two countries and border towns are separated by the Golok River which forms a natural border.

Do take note that the ‘To Mo 6’ (TM6) immigration form for foreign travellers entering and exiting Thailand still applies at Tak Bai Immigration Checkpoint. You must fill out the TM6 immigration form before clearing immigration at Tak Bai Immigration Checkpoint. Tak Bai Immigration Checkpoint is not in the list of the 16 land and sea checkpoints that has the filling of the TM6 immigration form suspended as a trial from 15 April to 15 October 2024.
