Five Nights at Freddy's: Tales from the Pizzaplex Graphic Novel Collection Vol. 2 is the second graphic novel based on the Tales from the Pizzaplex series. The original stories were written by Scott Cawthon, Kelly Parra, and Andrea Waggener. The novel was adapted into comic form by Christopher Hastings with lettering done by Jeff Powell. The illustrations were done by Mike Anderson and Coryn MacPherson, and coloring done by Gonzalo Duarte, Judy Lai, and Warnia Sahadewa. It's planned to release physically on April 7, 2026 and digitally on April 21, 2026 by Scholastic Corp. The book was originally planned to release on September 2, 2025, before being canceled on July 2, 2025, after wide-spread backlash from the community regarding the artwork for The Mimic story, which was leaked a few days prior with the rest of the book, including poorly drawn artwork and tracing of stock photos and other media. The book has been quickly removed from digital store fronts and seemingly recalled from retailers that received the book. On July 11, the cover for the second and third Tales from the Pizzaplex graphic novels were replaced with placeholder covers on Bookmanager. On August 11, 2025, the book was given new listings and the release of May 5, 2026 (later pushed up to April 7), with Anthony Morris Jr. being removed as a credited artist for the project.
