So this player doesn't seem to be aware or care about cars around them.

At the start of the first clip I was nosing alongside (would have been further alongside if I hadn't braked to avoid pitting them). Anyway they turn as if there is nobody there so I'm forced to back out.
Next corner I get a run on them again and I'm at least 3/4's ahead (otherwise pitting wouldn't happen) and still they turn in with the inevitable consequence... Oh and note who FRR blames for this!

The first part of the second incident is a bit more ropey. I'd gotten alongside again and once more there was contact. It's debatable whether or not I'd have made the corner from that angle and late braking but the contact absolutely caused me issues, light as it was.
Anyway in the second part of the second incident, I get back alongside and once more they turn in like they're the only car on the track. Luckily for me I was at least front wheels level with their door so they would only hurt themselves as they where in a more vulnerable position.
I don't think I forced my way past, this player just doesn't leave any racing room so the resulting contact is on them in my opinion.
Just a quick note on the corner exit, I would leave space there but they pushed throughout this corner and as I slid past they ended up pushing on the rear quarter of my car which sent me wider. This is why I wobble on the exit, it was a result of them shoving.
