2005 Toyota Camry Alternator Replacement 2AZFE - Step by Step Full Walkthrough

Year: 2005 (Generation 5, 2003-2006)
Engine: 2.4L Inline 4 - 2AZFE

Problem: The car started to show signs of difficulty when starting up, indicating a problem with either the battery, alternator, or starter. Later on, a loud squealing could be heard from the alternator location which makes it reasonable to assume it is the cause of the problem.

Solution: Replace alternator while taking care to remove and properly reapply serpentine belt onto all pulleys (including the pulley on alternator). Battery may also be affected from lack of a charging source. May need to jump start vehicle to get it running or possibly replace battery if hesitation occurs thereafter.
