提起深井，無論本地或者外地來的遊客，都會想到這裏的燒鵝。但很少人知道深井原來是一個客家村子。由於它特殊的地理位置和發展歷史，造成它走出一條跟其他客家村不同的道路。成爲一個遠景馳名的景點。
When Sham Tseng is mentioned, the first thing that comes to our mind is its roast goose. However, only a few people know that it was originally a Hakka village. Because of its special location and development history, it has a total different way of development compared with other Hakka villages. It has become an attraction both for local and international tourists.
