Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans is a special Dragon Ball episode that was originally released back in 1994 and then re-released in 2010 as a HD episode.

In Dragon Ball Special Episode: Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans, Dr. Raichi is the lone survivor of a race called the Tuffles, who once lived on the Planet Plant before the invasion of the Saiyans. Not only did the Saiyans eliminate the entire Tuffle race, but they also stole their technology and conquered the planet. The Saiyans then renamed Planet Plant to Planet Vegeta, in honor of their king, and made it their own. Dr. Raichi managed to escape and found refuge on a different planet and prepares to eradicate the Saiyans on Earth. Can the Super Saiyans of Earth stop this evil threat?!?
