Slipping Away (Dirtywave M8 Tracker)

When you lose someone, a piece of you goes with them. Remembering them is bittersweet; you see the part of them that you still have, but you're confronted with the part of you that is gone.

Recorded on the Dirtywave M8, mastered (lightly) in Reaper.

Parts -
Arp: (it's actually two parts) at the beginning and the end it is a doubled track of patch in the FM engine, with a layered sample from my Deepmind 12. During most of the song it's just the FM engine.
Bass: macrosynth
Drums: Linndrum samples from mars, plus an MBC hi-hat for the delayed/reverb snare-ish sound.
Pads: A Deepmind 12 patch I call "Slick Pad," sampled into the M8.
