Thanks for watching. This Poulan pro trimmer was working just fine until one day the pull rope was pulled and it stayed out. It was running so it was used and while it was running the rope slowly began to retract. After taking the covers apart we found the problem. It turns out that the problem came from the factory. Oh and there was a surprise waiting for me too.
