[How to make]
1. First, crush 120g of cookie finely, add 30ml of milk, combine them into one, put a cooking sheet in a cake container (12㎝), and spread the cookies.
2.Eggs in a container 20g Granulated sugar 20g Milk 110ml Mix well and pour the egg solution while filtering the cake container
3. Cover the cake container with aluminum foil, bake it in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for 40 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and leave it at room temperature
4.Pour 20g of granulated sugar and 30ml of water in a frying pan and boil until caramelized. When the color changes, turn off the heat and add 15ml of hot water.
5.Put the caramel sauce in the cake container and cool in the refrigerator for 3 hours to complete

クッキー 120g
牛乳 30ml
◆卵Mサイズ 1個
◆牛乳 110ml
◆グラニュー糖 20g
●グラニュー糖 20g
●水 30ml + 15ml
【作り方】
1.まずはクッキー120gを細かく砕き牛乳30mlを入れ１つにまとめケーキ容器(12㎝)にクッキングシートをしクッキーを敷く
2.容器に卵1個グラニュー糖20g牛乳110ml入れ良く混ぜケーキ容器に濾しながら卵液を流し込む
3.ケーキ容器にアルミホイルを被せ、余熱したオーブン160度40分焼き、アルミホイルを取り室温に置いておく
4.フライパンにグラニュー糖20g水30mlを入れ、カラメル色になるまで煮詰め、色が変わったら火を止めお湯15ml入れ混ぜる
5.カラメルソースをケーキ容器に入れ冷蔵庫で3時間冷やして完成です
