Sunday Night Live Drawing: Painting Joel from The Last of Us

Paitning Joel, as played by Pedro pascal from the HBO series.

I'll be working on 8x10" Strathmore %100 cotton watercolour paper, and using mostly acrylics. Apart from a cool blue underpainting, I'll be using the Zorn palette (Titanium White, Ivory Black, Yellow Ochre, and Cadmium Red Light). The pine green flannel shirt Joel is wearing is problematic for the shirt, but instead of adding a green at the start, I'll see what I can do with the mix of yellow ochre and black.

If this goes well (fingers crossed), I'll follow up with Bella Ramsay (Ellie), and a larger portrait of Nick Offerman and Murray Bartlett (Bill and Frank) together..
