Insta-Insulation is a major applicator of polyurethane spray-in-place foam insulation systems. We use WALLTITE ECO™ as our spray in place foam insulation. WALLTITE ECO™ exceeds the requirements of the National Building Code of Canada.

In fact, WALLTITE air barrier systems are the only products available on the market today that have successfully met the polyurethane durability test of appendix D of the "Canadian Construction Materials Centre (CCMC) Technical Guide for Air Barrier Systems for Exterior Walls of Low-Rise Buildings." WALLTITE systems also conform to CAN/ULC-S705.1 (including amendments 1 and 2).

CCMC is the Canadian Construction Material Centre and is part of the National Research Council (NRC).

Since WALLTITE ECO™ is sprayed-in-place it provides greater build ability of all exterior envelopes. These can include irregular walls, corners, gaps, masonry ties, equipment penetrations, ductwork, plumbing, etc. WALLTITE ECO™ is 100% adhered to virtually any substrate it is applied to and since it is seamless it is the best air barrier product for new and retrofit construction.
