An unfortunate accident separates twins Marcelo (Jimmy Santos) and Marcelino (Herbert Bautista) at birth. Marcelo is adopted by a poor family making a living by selling peanuts. On the other hand Marcelino grows up with the twins' biological parents living a life of a prince. But time is running out on Marcelino. It is only two weeks before his 21st birthday and according to the parents' will if his twin is not found by then Marcelo's share of the family will go to their Uncle Tadeo (Leroy Salvador) and his wife Sabel (Sylvia Sanchez). Even if Marcelino finds his twin Marcelo will they be able to adjust to each other's quirks and live together as brothers if their lifestyles and code of ethics are different? Another would-be source of conflict is that without realizing it they are after the same pretty coed Anna Jean (Timmy Cruz). Is blood really thicker than water?
