Ability: Stamina
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Sp. Def
Impish Nature
Body Press
Rock Smash
Iron Defense
Focus Energy


Steps:
Focus Energy on First turn
Rock Smash until able to change Tera typing
Body Press when needed (for HP regain)
When stat resets, start using Iron Defense x3 (+6 Defense)
Terasteralize when ready and use Body Press
Additionally, you can use Defense Cheer to boost damage of Body Press
Spam Body Press until Victory


Note:
With the Ability Stamina, we have faster stack on Defense. It boost the Defense stats when hit by an attack
HP and Def EV spread and the remaining is on Sp. Def or anything you want. Important is HP and Def EV
Rock is for chance to Def decrease Feraligatr
