Relay Switch Matrix - Dual Coil Latching Relays Controlled by MCP23017

This relay matrix pcb uses dual coil latching relays to route signal pathways between various inputs and outputs.
A matrix can be used to connect one or more inputs to one or more outputs, such as a test signal being switched between multiple DUTs (devices under test), or it can be used to control guitar effect pedals in a signal chain, bringing effects in or out of the path, or even re-routing their order in the chain.
